Ever since I had my cholesterol read or whatever they do with your blood, I've had a reading of 4.9 or lower. Last year my husband's reading was 6.2. Boy, did I feel smug. He had to stop eating salty potato chips, stop eating cheese and crackers in the evening. I made him drink Hi-Lo milk. Then last week I went for routine blood tests. 5.7!! I was genuinely shocked.
I know I'm not doing enough exercise and I know I eat too much chocolate.
